The things Otto already notifies about in the app, sent to a WhatsApp number or group instead: the overnight run, an invoice waiting for approval, a draft order, a short shelf.

- Tell us the numbers or the group. Otto sends from its own business number.
- Choose which events go to whom: owner, manager, kitchen.
- Reply to approve an invoice or an order from the message.
- Change the routing in Settings, Notifications whenever the team changes.

Is this the AI agent?
No. This is notifications and approvals. The agent, which answers questions, is a separate integration.
Do we need our own WhatsApp Business account?
No. Messages come from Otto's number and under Otto's name. Register your own number and they come from you instead.
