Falcons POS and Falcons Accounting are on tills and in offices across Jordan. Sales reports import into Otto from the day's export; a direct connection is built with Falcons on request.

How it will work

  1. In Falcons POS, export the day's sales report as XLSX or CSV.
  2. Drop the file on Import sales. Otto places the columns and asks once about any it cannot.
  3. Map Falcons branches to Otto branches once.
  4. Ask us for the direct connection, arranged with Falcons Soft's engineers, to stop exporting.

Before

Falcons knows every sale. The GST return is rebuilt from printouts.

After

Each sale is a posted line in the books, cleared with JoFotara overnight, with the return built from it.
