Foodics and Otto

Foodics orders reach Otto as receipts, by the daily orders export today and by a direct connection on request.

Otto

How it will work

  1. In the Foodics console, open Reports, Orders, and export the day as CSV.
  2. Drop the file on Import sales. Otto places the columns and asks about any it cannot.
  3. Map Foodics branches to Otto branches once.
  4. Ask us for the direct connection when you are ready to stop exporting.

Before

Foodics knows the orders. The accountant re-keys the totals.

After

Each order is a sale in the ledger, with its payment method, discounts and tax lines.

Is the direct connection certified by Foodics?

No. It is built against their API on request for each client, and we say so.

Do modifiers and combos come through?

As lines on the receipt. Recipe costing uses the item, not the modifier, unless you map it.

Ask for it on the call.
