Bank statements and Otto

One reader that takes whatever your bank exports, learns your column layout once, and matches lines to invoices and receipts.

Working today
Otto

How it works

  1. Export the statement from online banking as CSV or XLSX.
  2. Drop it on Banking, Import. Otto asks once about the columns.
  3. Matched lines are shown against their invoice or receipt; the rest are the to-do list.
  4. Re-import overlapping ranges freely; duplicates are dropped by fingerprint.

Which banks?

Any bank that exports a statement. The layout is learnt on the first import and asked about once.

Open banking?

In the UAE, open finance through a licensed aggregator is available on request. Jordan's framework is not open to small businesses yet, so the file path is the reliable one across both countries.

See it with your own file.
